Answer: C. Women account for approximately two-thirds of dementia caregivers. In the United States, about 1 in 3 caregivers are age 65 years or older and about 1 in 4 are also caregiving for at least one child under 18 years. Caregiving can be both rewarding and demanding. Self-care isn't selfish. It's crucial to look after your own health.
