In support of equitable vaccine uptake in communities disproportionately affected by COVID-19, CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases provides multiple resources to support jurisdictions and community-based organizations with COVID-19 vaccination efforts.

Developed by Vaccinate with Confidence, the COVID-19 Vaccination Field Guide outlines selected strategies to help increase vaccine confidence and uptake. These strategies were drawn from historical (non-COVID-19) vaccination efforts and supported by positive outcomes from evaluation research. The Success Framework for Adult Immunization Partner Networks is a guide for awardees to support building partnerships to increase vaccine uptake. This resource contains questions and recommended actions designed to help awardees expand operational capacity, improve routine adult vaccination coverage, and reduce longstanding disparities in adult vaccination rates.
