Mild Adverse Events

Mild reactions occur in 5%–30% of people who receive the vaccine. Mild reactions include the following symptoms:

         Fever, headache, backache, myalgias beginning within several days after vaccination and lasting 5–10 days

         Injection site inflammation 1–5 days after vaccination
