Healthy People 2020
Healthy People provides science-based, 10-year national objectives for improving the health of all Americans. For 3 decades, Healthy People has established benchmarks and monitored progress over time in order to encourage collaborations across sectors, guide individuals toward making informed health decisions, and measure the impact of prevention activities.
County Health Rankings and Roadmaps
The annual Rankings measure vital health factors, including high school graduation rates, obesity, smoking, unemployment, access to healthy foods, the quality of air and water, income inequality, and teen births in nearly every county in America. They provide a snapshot of how health is influenced by where we live, learn, work and play.
Mobilizing Action toward Community Health (MATCH)
Provides communities with reliable, comprehensive information about their present health status in the form of the nation’s first-ever County Health Rankings, which will be updated each year
Health Indicators Warehouse
The Health Indicators Warehouse is a collection of health indicators from a wide array of HHS data sources that are maintained to support researchers, technology developers and policymakers.
Community Issues Management (CIM)
Community Issues Management (CIM), supported by the University of Missouri, is a web-based system designed for local and regional organizations, community partnerships or coalitions to frame, manage, and take action on complex issues. CIM Partner Organizations can build on the wealth of national data already available in CIM by dynamically integrating their local and regional data into the system.
