In 2018, 97.4% of all reported chlamydia cases in females were among those aged 15–44 years. The highest age-specific rates of reported cases of chlamydia in 2018 were among those aged 15–19 years (3,306.8 cases per 100,000 females) and 20–24 years (4,064.6 cases per 100,000 females).
