- According to a recent CDC report, about 95% of kindergarteners received vaccines required for school during 2019–2020, similar to previous years.
- Reduced vaccination coverage is expected in 2020–2021 due to disruptions caused by the pandemic, leaving students and communities at increased risk for vaccine-preventable diseases, like measles and pertussis.
