Dr. Stephen Redd

Stephen C. Redd, is Director of the Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response (OPHPR) and head of the proposed Office for Service and Implementation Science (OSIS) at the Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC). Dr. Redd oversees CDC’s public health preparedness and response activities, including state and local readiness, the regulation of select agents and toxins, emergency operations, and managing the nation’s stockpile of emergency medical countermeasures.
