About the Data

Data, Trends and Maps is an interactive database that provides data on obesity status as well as select behavioral, environmental and policy data in the areas of breastfeeding, fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, sugar-sweetened beverage consumption and television viewing. The system was developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity, National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion. The database includes information from multiple data sources and can be displayed by national, state or selected locations.
