Office Visit: Social History

When asked about any recent changes in home or work life, Sally mentioned that she started a new job over the summer break at a factory owned by one of her neighbors. She is saving money for college. Since the start of high school she has been working three evenings a week, and every other weekend.
Sally burned her right arm last week when she was handling hot coffee during her break at work. She used an over the counter burn cream once daily for three days. She did not have time to see a doctor, and now there is increased redness around the primary burn site.
