Create Leader/Staff Safety Rounds to Evaluate the Work, Conditions, and Environment

  • Discuss avoiding workarounds, need for change and safety compliance, and respectful work environment (Rugs et al., 2012).
  • Establish monitoring system for vulnerabilities and deviations.
  • Utilize evaluation and safety culture survey results for program improvement and measure against baseline data. Prioritize changes needed.
  • Create opportunities for motivation.
