Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) Program Investigations
Since the inception of the FACE program in 1982, several fatal incidents involving agricultural activities have been investigated by NIOSH and over 200 fatal incidents involving agricultural activities have been investigated by State investigators.
