The overall objectives of the course are to allow the student to develop an understanding of the 'hows and whys' of industrial hygiene sampling procedures. In particular, upon completion of the course, the trainee will be able to develop a sampling plan for his or her plant. Also, anyone taking the course will become aware of the minimum requirements for industrial hygiene sampling under the OSH act.
