This document contains the instructor manual for part 1, sampling strategies, the 5-day course in the industrial hygiene sampling strategy and methodology course package. The complete instructory manual contains 40 lessons, or five, 8-lesson modules. This manual is intended for the use of instructors only. It provides the instructor with an outline describing the key points in each lesson. this outline follows the text of the student manual (SM), and lists the SM page numbers corresponding to the key points in the far left column. The key point outline is divided into topic sections. Each topic section begins with a list of objectives, enabling the instructor to recognize the educational intent of the section.
