The Master of Science in Occupational Health degree-Industrial Hygiene program at the Medical College of Ohio received initial funding as a CDC NIOSH TPG effective July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2004, following approval of its first application. The 40 semester credit MSOH-IH program has been fully accredited by the ABET Applied Science Accreditation Commission (ASAC formerly RAC) since 1996. The CDC NIOSH TPG provided tuition funding for eight part-time and tuition plus stipend funding for two full-time trainees during the three-year grant period. Six of the ten trainees graduated and the remaining four will graduate during period 2004-05.
