Advancement of Mine Ventilation Network Analysis from Art to Science.
NTIS: PB 292 927 :
The tape comprises the computer programs on mine ventilation network analysis progress from an art to a science. In addition to a powerful ventilation simulation model that can account for leakage phenomena and methane emission and distribution, detailed descriptions of applications to new mine planning and modifications to existing mine ventilation systems have been provided. Detailed descriptions of data collection procedures and analyses of leakage and friction factors are included. Although the program was developed basically for coal mine ventilation, applications to metal and nonmetal mines are also discussed. The 2400 tape subsystem contains the Bureau of Mines six-volume Open File Report 123(1)--(6)- 78.
