Causes of Crises: The Behavioral Accident.

The role of the individual employee and behavioral accidents as causes of industrial crises has not been fully explored. This paper discusses an interactive computer model of the behavioral accident phenomenon that is being used at the Bureau of Mines in an attempt to reduce industrial crises in underground coal mining.
