This project investigated the flow of ground water through fractured, acid-producing, metaquartzite rocks at the Bunker Hill Mine. Solutions to the production of acid mine water in these rocks were evaluted. The research was directed toward developing a conceptual model of the ground water system in the upper workings of the mine, where most of the acid water has been shown to originate.
