Electrokinetic Study of the Role of Modifying Agents in Flotation of Salt-type Minerals.

This report describes an investigation in elucidating, via an electrophoresis study, the role of sodium carbonate and lignin sulfonate in salt-type flotation separation. The assessment of the role of rare-earth ions potentially dissolved from bastnaesite is also discussed.
