This study develops the data base and an economic analysis of the primary sectors prerequisite to the regional projection of the supply side of the U.S. sulfur industry. The probable future course of sulfur pollution and process control in the United States and elsewhere as it impacts, by the production of sulfur values, the domestic frasch industry, is estimated. A regional determination of the present and future U.S. sulfur supply market is presented.
