Abstract
Between 1976 and 1978, the Bureau of Mines conducted a mineral resource investigation in the Porcupine River drainage of northeastern Alaska. The study area is divided into three generalized geologic terrains. Potential deposit types of each terrain are described as they are indicated by mineral occurrences and other data.
