Musculskeletal Injuries in Underground Mining.

Job-related musculoskeletal injuries are a continuing problem in all of industry. Mining is no exception. This paper presents an overview of the problem by summarizing strain and sprain injury data for underground mining. The data sources include both MSHA's accident statistics and individual company injury records.
