New Wet and Dry Devices for Dust Control At Belt Transfer Points and Mine Face Areas.
Proc Symp Control of Resp Coal Mine Dust Beckley West Virginia, 1983 Oct; :192-212
This paper describes the development of a self-cleaning dry dust collector and a water-powered scrubber and their testing in such varied locations as a trona mine, a silica sand bagging station, and an airlock in a coal mine. Both devices represent improvements over previous wet and dry dust collectors, and are versatile owing to their compact sizes, easy installation, and single utility requirements.
