User's Manual Instructions for Completing of the Cooperative Exposure Survey.

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) user's manual gives instructions for completing the cooperative exposure survey. The manual tells users how to complete the cover sheet of the data sheet booklet, how to walk through their facilities and record information on the data sheet, and how to mail the information. The benefits of cooperation with the survey are also listed. Accompanying the user's manual are reports which discuss the contract to design forms and materials for the collection of employer derived data, the pilot test for the NIOSH cooperative exposure survey, and sample selection procedures.
