The instructor's manual for a training program in recognition of human factor related accident potentials in the workplace is presented. The objectives of the course are outlined along with course elements such as workbooks, visual aids, instruction guides, class assignments, and self tests. Materials are included for each of the following six course modules: introduction; impact of the organization; the individual in the organizational setting; physiological factors that increase accident susceptibility; man machine interface; and clues to accident potential.
