Chemical and toxicological information on 2,4-toluene-diisocyanate (584849) and methylene-bisphenyl-isocyanate (101688) is reviewed. Chemical synonyms are provided and occupations which may involve exposure are listed. Permissible exposure limits are noted. Local and systemic effects of exposure are described, along with medical surveillance procedures and recommended personal protection equipment.
