The validation of a method for picric-acid (88891) determination in the air is presented. General considerations are discussed and the development of the analytical method presented. Information is given on the principle of the method, analysis, sampling and analysis, particle size distribution, storage stability, collection efficiency, an independent method of verifying generator concentration, precision and accuracy, the dilution and sampling system for aerosol test atmospheres, vapor generation and liquid chromatography analytical procedure.
