Abstract
A method is described for the analysis of lindane (118741), or gamma- benzene-hexachloride, in air using filter and bubbler collection, isooctane extraction and gas chromatography. Data are given on the principle, range, sensitivity, interferences, precision, accuracy, advantages and disadvantages of the method as well as on the apparatus and reagents required, procedure, calibration, standards, and calculations.
