Standards, interpretations and audit criteria for assessment of performance of occupational health programs are presented. For each group of occupational health workers (medical, nursing, industrial hygiene and health physics) standards covering policy, staff, facilities, equipment, education, and duties specific to each discipline are presented. Each standard is followed by a questionnaire so that a company's achievement can be measured against the standard. The same format is used for surveying administration policy, organization, program review, regulatory compliance and facilities. (Contract No 099-72-0109)
