Abstract
A health hazard evaluation determination performed at the Industrial Forestry Association (SIC-0821) failed to demonstrate the presence of Thiram (137268) in any of the 34 breathing zone samples taken during the spraying, lifting, culling, counting, and bagging of the Thiram treated trees. Medical examination of 34 nursery workers employed at this tree farm facility demonstrated normal systolic blood pressure and pulse rate. Details are given regarding the levels of Thiram in the blood of the workers, as well as their serum beta-hydroxylase activity.
