Fluidized Bed and High-Humidity Sampling for Air Analysis.
NIOSH 1976 Jul:139-152
A report on fluidized bed and high-humidity sampling for air analysis. Topics include fixed (packed) and fluidized bed designs, properties of collector phase, sample vapor transfer and injection, characteristics of samples collected, automation of collection and analysis process, and multistage collectors. Although high-capacity polymeric sorbents are in use now, the fluidized bed design has some merits and histic value.
