Abstract
A method is described for the determination of triethylamine (121448) in air through bubbler collection and gas chromatographic analysis after basification with sodium-hydroxide (1310732). Data are given on the principle, range and sensitivity, interferences, precision, accuracy, advantages and disadvantages of the method. Also described are the apparatus, reagents and procedure used; analysis of samples; determination of desorption efficiency; calibration and standards, and calculations.
