The sensitivity of radionuclide bone-scans were evaluated as an additional tool in the diagnosis of osteonecrosis. The properties of bone-seeking radionuclides strontium, technectium (7440268), and fluorine (7782414) were compared. Fluorine-18 was used to perform bone-scans on six divers.
