A method is described for the gas chromatographic determination of diazomethane (334883) in the air, following preliminary passage of an air sample over octanoic-acid (124072) coated resin and desorption of the latter with carbon-disulfide (75150). Details are given as to range, sensitivity, procedure, desorption efficiency, calibration, standards and calculations.
