Abstract
Hypersensitivity pneumonitis, or extrinsic allergic alveolitis, is a disease of the lungs produced by the inhalation of organic dust. A list is given of etiologic agents in hypersensitivity pneumonitis. Bagassosis is discussed as an example of hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
