All environmental measurements for vinyl-chloride (75014) are found to be below the detectable limit (0.2 part per million) in a plastics company (SIC-2821) where a danger from exposure to vinyl- chloride tubing from powdered and pelletized polyvinyl-chloride (9002862) existed.
