Collecting foliar pesticide residues related to potential airborne exposure of workers.

A technique is described for collecting foliar dust samples for pesticide residue analysis during the harvesting or thinning of crops. Results obtained with this vacuuming procedure are found to be highly correlated with airborne dust concentrations.
