Feasibility study covering nationwide occupational safety and health manpower survey.

Final report presenting a summary and discussion of the methods, results, conclusions and recommendations from a study to determine the feasibility of conducting a nationwide survey to estimate the manpower needs and demands in the area of occupational safety and health. The objective of the report is to draw guidelines concerning sample selection, contact methodology, survey constructs and analysis procedures necessary to implement a national survey. The study concludes that a national occupational safety and health manpower survey is feasible. The generation of a statistically valid sample would require 393 in-person interviews and 3061 telephone interviews.
