Abstract
Survey of psychiatrists in Cincinnati revealed that 19 patients out of a group of 2,900 had become psychotic or acutely disorganized during group therapy activities. The positive and negative aspects of sensitivity groups are discussed as reported by psychiatrists and the dangers or risks involved in these sessions are emphasized.
