Toxicity determinations based upon environmental measurements, work practices analysis, and available information indicate that vinyl- chloride (75014) vapors from a battery separator manufacturing operation are not toxic at the concentrations measured. No levels of vinyl-chloride are detected in breathing zone air samples.
