Sulfur-dioxide (7446095) and tin (7440315) concentrations measured during 2 days in Owen and Flow Forming lines at a bottle making plant were below the established standards promulgated to prevent respiratory irritation and skin irritation. Standards have not been promulgated for stannic-chloride (7646788). Some employees alleged intermittent respiratory symptoms together with irritation of the eyes, nose and skin. Measured sound levels exceeded the established noise standards.
