A study of the interchangeability of gas detector tubes and pumps.
Morgantown, WV: U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Public Health Service, Centers for Disease Control, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, TR 71, 1973 Jun; :1-54
This study investigates interchangeability of the length of stain gas tubes and sampling pumps of different manufacturers and the obtaining of acceptable results. Carbon-monoxide (630080) was used as the contaminant and various relationships such as pressure-time, flow rate-time, and actual interchange data were evaluated. Interchanging gas detector tubes and sampling pumps of different manufacturers is not recommended.
