Spectrographic method for the determination of microgram amounts of indium and antimony in biological materials. The method has a sensitivity of 0.002 grams for indium and 0.1 grams for antimony. Replicate standard samples analyzed by this method give a mean coefficient of variation of 10.9% for indium and 9.9% for antimony. Results are presented for application of the method for the determination of antimony and indium in liver ashes.
