Respiratory rate and weight measurements, and histopathological studies of animals exposed to 0.8 parts per million of nitrogen dioxide for 255 to 977 days. Tachypnea is observed, with sustained elevation in respiratory rate and occasional minimal changes in morphology of bronchiolar epithelial cells.
