Most Americans Have Never Had an HIV Test, New Data Show
June 27, 2019 – Urgent need to expand HIV testing to end the US HIV Epidemic.
CDC recommends that everyone aged 13-64 get tested for HIV at least once, but new data released on National HIV Testing Day show testing rates are far too low. HIV testing is one of the four key strategies in the proposed HHS-wide initiative, “Ending the HIV Epidemic – A Plan for Americaexternal icon.”
