NCHHSTP is deeply committed to developing the careers and furthering the professional development of its employees.  As such, the Center provides potential and current employees with information on career and workforce development resources and initiatives. It also develops and administers workplace wellness programs to attract and retain its diverse and qualified workforce.

A Day in the Life (ADITL) event was created by the NCHHSTP Workforce Champions Working Group to help jobseekers and employees understand various career paths and roles within the Center. As part of the initiative, a panel of experienced NCHHSTP staff members convene to discuss a particular job series and share their professional journeys.
