Please note the official dates of the room block are January 12–20, 2019. The last official date to make reservations under the room block is Tuesday, December 25, 2018; after this date, rooms will be offered based on availability.
*If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later than the official dates, please email or call the hotel sales department. The hotel sales department hours are 8:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Friday; the office is closed on weekends.

Call (800) 853-0270. Inform the Reservations Specialist that you would like to reserve a room for the VSP Annual Meeting 2019 or give them your group code (VSP).

Provide check-in and check-out dates, guest first and last name, phone number, email address, and a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Send this information to one of the following:
