The meeting is open to the public, but space is limited to approximately 70 people. Advanced registration is required.

*If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later than the official dates, please email or call the hotel sales department. The hotel sales department hours are 8:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Friday; the office is closed on weekends.

Your group rate will be associated with the reservation.
