Delaware was awarded funding from CDC’s Tracking Program in 2022 to continue building public health capacity and expertise in environmental health surveillance and to modernize data systems to empower public health practitioners, healthcare providers, community members, policy members, and others to make information-driven decisions that affect their health.

The National Environmental Public Health Tracking Program aspires to work within CDC and with our partners like Delaware toward a vision of data-informed decisions creating healthy communities. More information about Delaware’s Tracking Program will be available soon.
