Many Voices - One Vision
Environmental Public Health Tracking Conference
(Philadelphia, PA - March 24-26, 2004)

Many Voices One Vision

CDC and its Planning Committee Partners are pleased to invite you to the 2004 Annual Environmental Public Health Tracking Conference.

Established in 2002, the goal of the National Environmental Public Health Tracking Program is to provide information from a nationwide network of integrated environmental monitoring and public health data systems so that problems are identified and effective solutions implemented to reduce the burden of environmentally related disease on the American population.

This conference will offer an exciting opportunity for public health and environmental professionals, organizations, communities and individuals to develop and strengthen the partnerships that will move us towards bridging the gap between public health and the environment. Topics will include the history, science, early successes and challenges of the National Environmental Public Health Tracking Program; priority health conditions and related environmental information; and the methods, tools, and technologies needed to turn the vision of environmental public health tracking into reality.

There is no registration fee for this conference.
