2016 – Community Assessment for Public Health Emergency Response Preparedness Analysis, Fairfax County, Virginia

Purpose: To collect community data on emergency preparedness, communication, and communicable disease as well as to train Fairfax County Health Department staff on how to conduct a CASPER in the event of an emergency. A modified CASPER, 45×7 design, was used and the questionnaire captured demographic information, emergency readiness, methods of communication, and communicable disease information.
